The venerable typography blog, I Love Typography, has released a list of their favorite fonts for 2009. The post is designed a bit like Boston.com’s The Big Picture, with big, beautiful samples of last year’s greatest typefaces. Of note, I definitely plan on picking up a copy of Trilby soon, and shown above is HFJ’s Sentinel, probably my #1 pick for best new font in ‘09.
